A set of 5 simple yet powerful practices designed to activate the joints, muscles and energy system of the body the most accessible entry into daily yogic practice.
Practiced regularly, Upa Yoga brings a sense of lightness, ease of movement and well-being. It quickly relieves aches, stiffness and physical strain accumulated from long hours of sitting, standing or repetitive work.
The processes are simple enough for a child of seven and profound enough to remain a lifelong companion. No flexibility, fitness or prior yoga experience is expected.

Who it's for
Anyone above the age of 7 no flexibility, fitness level or prior yoga experience required. Perfect as a first step into the world of Classical Hatha Yoga.

Questions we hear often
Do I need any prior yoga experience?
No. Upa Yoga is designed for complete beginners. You will be taught every step from scratch.
What should I wear and bring?
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows free movement. A water bottle is welcome. Mats are provided.
How long will I need to practice at home?
Around 20 to 30 minutes a day. Even a shorter, consistent practice is more valuable than a long, irregular one.
Is there a cost?
The workshop is offered by donation. Give as feels right for you no one is turned away for lack of funds.
